Register
The
Registration Fee for Breakthru 2013 is:
US
$100 per person (17 years of age and above);
US $25 per person (9-16 years of age); and
Free for all children (8 years and under, t-shirts extra).
Registration will include unlimited access to Convention
activities, a T-shirt (one per registrant over 8 years)
and a goody bag*.
*Note: In order to guarantee your goody bag, we must
receive your registration prior to June 11, 2013
- registrations received after this date can not be guaranteed
a goody bag as it may exceed our order time.
T-Shirts are available in the following sizes: S, M, L,
XL, XXL, XXXL.
Extra T-shirts will be available at the following prices:
US $18 for S, M, L
US $20 for XL, XXL, XXXL
Cancellation/Refund
Policy:
For those participants who register but must cancel prior
to the Convention:
100% Registration Refund will be provided if requested prior
to May 13, 2013;
50% Registration Refund will be provided if requested between
May 14, 2013 and June 10, 2013.
0% Registration Refund beyond June 11, 2013
Note: If there is room available for more attendees, we
will still accept registrations after the registration deadline
of June 11, 2013 until the day of the convention. We can
not guarantee a goody bag or shirt, to those registering
after the official deadline. This registration deadline
is also our ordering deadline which we must meet. So please
do all you can to register in time so as not to miss out
on anything!

METHODS
OF REGISTRATION
POSTAL
MAIL-IN
You may register by mail on a paper form by selecting the
mail-in registration page below. You will be directed to
a form that you must print out. Once printed, you need to
fill in the information on the form, sign the disclaimer,
and send it with your payment (the check or international
money order must be made out to "Queen Breakthru
Canada " (not Breakthru 2013). In addition, please
clearly note Breakthru 2013 on the Memo line of the
check, cashiers check, or money order and send to

forget to make your hotel reservation separately. Please
reserve your hotel room as part of the Breakthru 2013 block
quoting "QUEEN", as described at the "Hotel"

ON-LINE
If you register on-line, you must make your payment via
Pay-Pal. Pay-Pal allows you to pay by credit card or bank
transfer. It is helpful if you have a PayPal account before
you start, but not needed. You can start an account at http://www.paypal.com.
Select
the "Register Now" link below and you will
be guided through the generation of a disclaimer page, the
entry of the registration data, and finally directed to
Pay-Pal for the payment of the registration fees.
Your
payment and registration will be processed immediately,
but your on-line registration will not be complete until
your signed disclaimer page is received at the address below.
Please allow 3 to 4 days for the disclaimer to arrive with
regular first class mail handling (more time will be required
for international mail).
