REGISTER

The Registration Fee for Breakthru 2008 is US $85 per person.

Children 11 years of age and under are free.

Registration will include unlimited access to Convention activities, a T-shirt (one per registrant) and a goody bag*.
*Note: In order to guarantee your goody bag, we must receive your registration prior to May 31, 2008 - registrations received after this date can not be guaranteed a goody bag as it may exceed our order time.
T-Shirts are available in the following sizes: S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL.
Extra T-shirts will be available at the following prices:
US $17 for S, M, L
US $19 for XL, XXL, XXXL

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
For those participants who register but must cancel prior to the Convention:
100% Registration Refund will be provided if requested by May 15, 2008;
50% Registration Refund will be provided if requested between May 16, 2008 and June 15, 2008 registration deadline.

Note: No refunds can be granted after the final registration deadline of June 15, 2008 (whether registration was submitted before or after the registration deadline date), but if there is availability after this date, registrations can be accepted right up to convention date.

METHODS OF REGISTRATION

POSTAL MAIL-IN
You may register by mail on a paper form by selecting the mail-in registration page below. You will be directed to a form that you must print out. Once printed, you need to fill in the information on the form, sign the disclaimer, and send it with your payment (the check, cashier check, or money order must be made out to "Linda Petzler" (not Breakthru 2008). In addition, please clearly note Breakthru 2008 on the Memo line of the check, cashiers check, or money order and send to :

Don't forget to make your hotel reservation separately. Please reserve your hotel room as part of the Breakthru 2008 block as described at the "Hotel" link.

ON-LINE
If you register on-line, you must make your payment via Pay-Pal. Pay-Pal allows you to pay by credit card or bank transfer. It is helpful if you have a PayPal account before you start. You can start an account at http://www.paypal.com.

Select the "Register Now" link below and you will be guided through the generation of a disclaimer page (which must be mailed in), the entry of the registration data, and finally directed to Pay-Pal for the payment of the registration fees.

Your payment will be processed immediately but your on-line registration will not be complete until your signed disclaimer page is received at the address below. Please allow 3 to 4 days for the disclaimer to arrive with regular first class mail handling (more time will be required for international mail).
