Breakthru 2008, Queen, The International Fan Club, and individual committee members are not responsible or liable for any incidents, lost, stolen, or damaged property, personal injury or other problems arising from your decision to attend Breakthru 2008, "The Official North American Queen Convention".

The above parties are not responsible or liable for cancellation of the convention due to acts of God, terrorism, or other circumstances beyond the control of the above parties.

Breakthru 2008, the Committee and the International Fan Club are also not responsible or liable for any services or facilities provided by the Metropolitan Hotel Detroit or their employees, agents or contractors.

Under no circumstances will the liability to a registered attendee exceed the registration fee.

You must mail in a printed disclaimer form (link below) to be received at the address below no later than July 4, 2008. The Regular Registration fee is US $85/person. Children 11 years of age and under are free.
